Summer is a year-round coastal community on Egypt's North Coast, set on 864 acres at Kilo 246 Alex-Matrouh Road. Designed by WATG, it combines private beaches, turquoise lagoons and dynamic amenities.

Summer is a year-round coastal community designed by world-leading WATG. Its masterplan captures 'Braids of life', and contemporary architecture acts as a natural extension of waterfront serenity and evergreen landscapes.
The amenities include a 1 km beachfront, a green spine with water features, beach lagoons, swimming pools, a beach clubhouse, an entertainment spine, sports facilities, a commercial zone and kids' leisure areas. Unit types shown in the gallery include Signature Chalets, Seaside Villas, Seafront Villas, Lagoonside Twin houses, Lagoonside Townhouses and Cozy Chalets.
