What we publish, and how we check it.
ResidenceInvest is a shortlist of new-build property for buyers who don’t live in the market they’re buying in. We are early: the catalogue is small, and we would rather show you three sourced listings than thirty we can’t stand behind.
What we promise
Three things every listing earns
Sourced
Every listing is built from the developer's own materials and reviewed by a person before it appears on the platform.
Comparable
Prices in one currency, handover dates and developer records are laid out the same way in every market, so listings can be compared without unit conversion.
Cross-border native
Multi-currency display, country briefings on ownership and residency rules, and enquiries answered by us and seen by developers who manage their listings here — no middleman, no markup.
Method
What we check before a listing goes live.
We don’t independently audit developers, permits or escrow yet. Until we do, we won’t put a badge on a page that implies we have.
Sourced from the developer
Each listing starts from the developer's own materials — brochure, price list, website — and public records where they exist.
Reviewed before it goes live
A member of our team reads every listing and activates it by hand. Nothing is published automatically. Each listing shows the date it was last reviewed and the sources it was built from.
Honest about gaps
When a developer hasn't published a price, unit count or handover date, we leave it blank rather than guess.
What “Claimed” means.
A company marked Claimed has someone who works there managing its page with us. We confirm that person by hand before they get access, and we review every change they send before it goes live.
Claimed is not an audit. It doesn’t mean we’ve checked the company’s finances, permits or escrow.
Who we are.
ResidenceInvest is built and run by a small team in Los Angeles, operating as Fovea One LLC. We are not a brokerage and we do not take commissions on sales: our job is to make new developments across borders findable and comparable, and to pass buyers to the companies that sell them.
