1. About this service
ResidenceInvest.com is a discovery platform for new-build residential property. We publish project information sourced from developers and authorised sales agencies, and we apply a published vetting process before listings appear.
We are not a broker. We do not hold buyer funds. We do not negotiate, draft, or witness contracts. When you make an enquiry, your details are passed to the developer (or their authorised agency) for that project.
2. Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to it being shared with the developer or authorised agency for the project you enquired about.
Do not submit information about anyone other than yourself without their consent.
3. Accuracy of listings
We take reasonable steps to verify listing information against developer materials and public records. We label the depth of each review under our three vetting tiers (see /about#vetting).
Pricing, availability, completion dates, and yield indications are subject to change without notice. Before committing funds, request the project memo, obtain independent legal advice in the relevant jurisdiction, and verify directly with the developer.
4. No investment advice
Nothing on this site is investment, tax, legal, or immigration advice. Property investment involves risk, including loss of capital, currency risk, and exposure to local regulatory change.
Residency-by-investment information is published for orientation only. Eligibility, processing times, and rules vary and change. Seek qualified counsel in the destination jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, mirror, or resell listing data. Do not submit automated, abusive, or misleading enquiries. Do not impersonate a developer or agency. We may decline service or remove content that violates these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResidenceInvest is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on listing information, your dealings with a developer or agency, or any unavailability or error on the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
