Developer track record
Two or more delivered projects in the same market, with a registered company that we can verify against a public register.
Permits and licences
Title or off-plan permit in place. For agency submissions: the developer mandate must be verifiable.
Payment plan and escrow
Clear payment schedule, with escrow or a comparable buyer protection documented.

Listing a project and claiming your company page are free. We don’t sell placement, and our review isn’t for sale either.

- See the enquiries buyers send about your projects, with page views.
- Ask for changes to listing details, unit inventory, brochures and official sales agents. We check each one before it goes live.
- Submit new projects, and add colleagues so their claims are matched to yours.
