Rubric

What we look for

  1. Developer track record

    Two or more delivered projects in the same market, with a registered company that we can verify against a public register.

  2. Permits and licences

    Title or off-plan permit in place. For agency submissions: the developer mandate must be verifiable.

  3. Payment plan and escrow

    Clear payment schedule. For Verified and Audited tiers, escrow or a comparable buyer protection must be documented.
