Keeva is a mixed-use community in October City, West Cairo, developed by Al Ahly Sabbour in collaboration with YBA Architects. It combines residences with retail, offices, clinics and a Marriott-operated hotel.

AlAhly Sabbour presents Keeva, a naturally inspired community centrally located in the west, offering panoramic views and refined architecture in October City. It was designed in collaboration with YBA and rises 1260 meters, bridging Egypt's countryside and modern luxury living.
The community is connected by safe pedestrian paths and biking lanes to encourage an active lifestyle. Its mixed-use vision brings homeowners closer to select retail, office space, clinics and a distinctive hotel.
Keeva is conceived as a destination for people, not cars. It has a commercial strip, an exclusive hotel operated by Marriott, playful spaces for children and pets woven into nature, and a clubhouse with a swimming pool.
