The developer has retained the original stone facade and structural party walls under guidance from Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, with the interior fabric rebuilt to modern Portuguese passive-house standards. Glazing is German-spec triple-pane; heating and cooling run from a centralised heat-pump plant in the basement, sized for the Lisbon climate envelope rather than over-specified for the marketing brochure.
