About this project
A completed residential building by Stefano Boeri on Milan's Naviglio Grande, conceived as the evolution of the Bosco Verticale, with more than 200 trees on its terraced facades and a private park.
Highlights
Bosconavigli is a residential building on Via San Cristoforo by Milan's Naviglio Grande, between the fashion and design district and the canal-side neighbourhood. It was conceived by Stefano Boeri as the evolution of his Bosco Verticale and designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti and Arassociati, with landscaping by AG&P greenscape.
The building steps down around an inner courtyard. Its balconies hold more than 200 trees and 8,000 plants of about 60 species, and it has a 3,500 sqm private park next to a 7,850 sqm public one. Homes range from apartments with planted balconies to garden villas and penthouses.
Residents have a pool, spa with Turkish bath, gym, outdoor fitness area, concierge, co-working space and a children's area. The building is complete and ready to move into.
