The buildings include Cirrus by Squire and Partners, Coral, Cube and Honeycomb by Bjarke Ingels Group, Tetris by OOAK Architects, Orchid and Lantern by Morris Adjmi Architects, Charles by Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman Architects and Gemini by HKS Architects. Residences range from about 2,300 to more than 22,000 sq ft, and many have private terrace pools.
Cirrus is the tenth and final residential building around the marina.
